Lots of stregnth training and fat cutting diet and exercise will do it, your body will literally eat the skin. and targeting the lower abs will tighten the fascia. Mine was VERY bad last year, and this year, it's not so bad, it's alittle wrinkly sometimes, and it's not all taut, but it's gotten a lot better doing lots of sit ups (not crunches)
