Ugh, I know. The "Columbia Blue" is impossible to clean! I used to have a medium shopper in that color but I ended up getting rid of it because of some annoying spots on the front. I hate to say it but there's not much you can do. You could try a really gentle soap like Neutrogena but I wouldn't expect too much since its probably a set in stain
