after having my son ( 2nd child) i went from an 8 to a 14 tried diets and didnt loose. Then went on a strict weight watchers diet online, which is great i can weigh in online and effectivly count my pionts..it is the best iv tried and iv tried them all, im steadily loosing 1-2ibs a week on average and am feeling good i have about a stone left and i will be back to my known self. i still have a puggy belly ...i had a ceserian which didnt help my muscle tone but the way to tone the belly is to first work on the core ( yes pelvic floor muscles) then the rest will tone up from there.
