| You're not alone! My 2nd is 21 mo. and I still have a poochy tummy. I used to have a tiny waist and biggish hips and thighs, and now I'm the opposite. I'm not the most disciplined at healthy eating and I don't have time for focused exercising... but I've found that when I'm out pushing my kids in the jogger 2-3 times/week I look much better and my tummy even seems smaller.
Pilates was great to help tone up my midsection muscles (and butt!), but my baby kept getting sick and I don't want to bring him to the gym daycare ... so I don't get out that often.
