If that doesn't whittle you waist, your body type may have changed, and the only thing that could help you to have a slimmer waist would be corseting. Edit, not wearing a corset, but the practice of tight lacing corsets, and wearing them 23 hours a day for years on end, your wist will get progressively smaller, but you have to have a special corset, and it is best to get one custom made, they run a couple hundred dollars.
