| It's roughly 3500 calories to burn one ound of fat. Your body takes a certian amount to sustain, depends on lots of things, mine takes about 1800 -2000 to sustain, and If I cut back to 1200 a day, I can lose about 3 lbs a week. But it's easy for me to lose weight, meaning easy to gain it back tho.
Be semi glad your body is resisting, you wont drop it super fast, and your body will adapt to your weightloss and keep it longer and easier!
