how do you know if something is high in salt--look at the sodium or see if salt is one of the first ingredients?
you are definately an inspiration Adis--i have 20-25 lbs to lose. did you exercise until you hit a certain # of calories/miles and how many did you do on average?
i am pretty out of shape so i have been working out until i burn approx. 300-350 cals. and i have no clue if thats a lot. i dont really understand the logic that you wont lose weight until you burn more cals than you put in through food...that would mean that i would have to work off 1500 cals a day? |
