That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Ok the general rule for WW is to only weigh yourself ONCE a week. Do I follow this rule HELL NO
However, it's a good rule because your body weight fluctuates alot during the day. Now the comment this lady says is ridiculous. In the long run the more you exercise the better you are. You will tone and not have loose skin all over the place. Keep exercising and you will see that the number on the scale will catch up. I don't know how much weight you have to lose. But when I started I had 80+lbs to lose so I did mostly cardio and then I slowly worked in weight training. It's so important to get that cardio in, in the beginning. You are doing fine and the worse thing you can ever do is give up. TRUST ME...I lost 72lbs in a year or so... YOU CAN DO IT!!!
