yeah, i think that had something to do with it...i seemed to gain 4 lbs overnight and now that its over 4 lbs disappeared, lol.
this lady at WW said her lesson of the week is NOT to walk b/c she didnt lose weight the week she started exercising

I will keep exercising & have faith it will pay off in the end
