For me, it's worth every penny! I've been using it since last November. I have combination skin. It lightens some blemishes and moisturizes my dry areas (cheeks) well. I had a few people that hadn't seen me for a while complimented my skin. It's not as expensive as it seens. First it can double as an eye cream and a very very little goes a long way. A 1 oz lasts for about 5 months even if you use it BOTH morning and evening. Besides, if you become a regular customer at the La Mer counter, they are very geneous with their samples.
