you'll get there. It just may take a little while. and that's ok! My sister-in-law is on ww and she got a slow start too. after a while though she started losing a little each week. but the other ladies are correct, weight will fluctuate and keep in mind too that muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space! so it's possible as you are working out more than before that you are currently losing inches while maintaining your previous weight. Honestly, a scale doesn't mean much. what is important is how you feel and how you feel about yourself!
