I'd recommend, if you want a good cardio bit disk two and five, the hiphop routine involves lots of movement. If you want tonig, pop in those belly dance tapes, the stretching and holding stuff you do is great for the core, and makes you move differently.

After I started the bellydance, I have this really graceful, straight without looking like I have a stick up my ass gait, I love it. And then I trip over a rock and end up in a crumple on a ground, but I fall GRACEFULLY.
