Alright I naturally have dark brown hair and I dye my hair blonde so I can definitely help. First use a deep conditioner as a regular conditioner, I use Kerstase (Mask) and Redken (Butter Treat or All Soft). Next deep condition your hair once a week using a bag on your head to keep in the heat and a blow dryer to heat it. Leave the product in for around 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water. Another trick I have found that works REALLY well is buying on Ebay the Loreal Powerdose (Yellow vial) treatments, the are exclusive to the salon but you can get it off of ebay so you can stay home and do it! Leave the treatment in for 15 minutes (NO LONGER) and rinse. You need to have the sprayer with the vial so make sure you get that as well....Hope this helps!!
