My tips use to get reallly dry too.. so my hair stylist recommended applying some Biosilk Silk Therapy hair serum to my tips after I showered. Amazingly, I think this stuff actually works because my tips are waay better now and I barely get split ends. Plus, I searched around the internet for some opinions from other people and they seem to love that stuff as well.. They say it's especially good to apply on before flat-ironing your hair because it makes it all silky and shiny! This stuff is pretty pricey ($20+ for a 5.64 fl oz bottle) but it lasts because you only apply a dime-size drop everytime. It's been 8 months for me and I've only used like 15% of the bottle.
