Aaw- sorry to hear that!
Can't help, but if I would straighten my hair or even blow dry it often it would freak on me. I can't even use normal shampoo with detergents, I wash with no-poo or conditioner only.
Hope somebody can help! Mine was dry and crunchy my whole live before I switched to no silicones and no detergents.
