Ok so i got my haircut 3 weeks ago, and the ends are already totally fried! My hair used to never get like this after months of straightening it everyday, but now it's totally damaged and it hasn't even been a month. how should i fix this? i can't get it trimmed bc then it would be wayy too short, so should i switch shampoos or something? please help, i don't want my hair to feel crunchy and dry!!
