Kelly walking a mile or two 3-5 days a week will get you off to a good start but you should incorporate some light weight training in with and and the lbs will fall off. Seriously all you'd need is som 3-5 lbs weights and you can do it at home for like 30 mins a day. I can do cardio all day but if i dont incorporate weights i dont lose or tone.
