Yes, Roxbury is a peg leg skinny. I am 5'7 with a 32" flats inseam and they hit me right above my ankle bone. I usually cuff them because i have really narrow ankles so they don't look like pegs on me.
I love Roxbury cut though, it's very comfortable.
