Workout Myth #1.

Target fat loss.

This is not really something possible. The body does not work like that. It loses fat from certain places in an almost pre programmed manner. that link isn't really a peer reviewed source and if it comes down to it I will get on the research machine and find you a scientific paper on the topic. I hate when so called trainers/supplement stores perpetuate this myth. Weight loss is a calorie in vs. calorie out equation for the most part. I am sure you can figure out what needs to be what to get the desired results. That is a dramtic oversimplification but holds mostly true in the long run.
