Only put the neosporin on at night. Put it on about an hour before bed and you should be fine for the rest of the night. You dont need to coat it on your face or keep your skin moist with that stuff. Once a day is plenty IMO. You dont need to put it on before your sunscreen. Just do your sunscreen in the morning and then your regular makeup. I use liquid concealer to cover mine, I paint it on with a foundation brush and it helps cover better than regular makeup.
