| I was NEVER a morning person either and then about 4-5 yearts ago i discovered weightlifting and rollerblading and i started a great routine with a great eating plan. I would get up early in the mornings at around 5, have a cup of coffee and then i would hit the gym for some weights. I really hate using cardio machines so after school/work i would go for a long walk/rollerblade/workout class for cardio. I did the 30-30-40 eating plan too: 30% carbs-30%fats-40% protien in 5-6 small meals a day.
I stopped doing it for a couple years but i just started again and i find that once you get going with it you feel a lot better and a lot more motivated.
I've been sick lately and my work/school load is crazy right now so i know how you feel about being lazy. And as bad as it sounds sometimes i nice cup of coffee first thing when you get up withh jump start you for the day so you can get to the gym. |
