hi to you all that workout,
i currently work out in nike shox, but i've been told not to because they're "bad for your knees & give you shin splints?" my only issue is if i work out for too long, my little toes start to hurt. i'm not really a big runner, but i started to jog and plan to do more. i also do the elliptical and cycling. so i'd need something thats a good for running. all you runners out there, what do you wear. i have a sorta high arch.
