I used to hate waking up too but could never get myself motivated enough to go at the end of the day because i was too drained. Now, I get up and the first thing i do is go workout. I do not think about it at all. I practically roll out of bed and go to the gym to do the treadmill. If i do not give myself time to think about it then i wont talk myself out of it. Now i love going in the morning and the time i spend running, watching music videos, etc on the treadmill have become a necessary part of my day. I love the "me" time!!
I also suggest trying to get on a routine. If you get on a routine then waking up will not be as hard and soon you wont want to start your day without the workout!
