Mornings or lunch time workouts work best for me as well. I have a hard time motivating myself after work. The only thing that worked for me was agreeing to meet a training partner for a workout cause I didn't want to flake or taking a really fun class. I used to take a hip hop dance class in the evening that worked on choreographed routines and I didin't want to miss and get behind on the steps.
