| I am having the same problem right now. I try to go to the gym in the AM before work but sometimes i just don't get around to it. I have been sick too lately with a bout of bronchitis so i am finding that i REALLY lack energy when i get to the gym and get started.
But i am seriously thinking of getting one of those pole dancing kits for my house since i am pretty sure that would be fun.
Other then that i am also going to be doing a whole bunch of classes at the gym next week after work. I find that while a solo workout is great, sometimes going to a class with good music and an instructor really boosts my energy. I really hate cardio machines and right now it is too cold to go jogging/rollerblading/skiing/snowshoeing outside so the classes seem best. There is even a great weightlifting class that i am going to try. |
