So, I really need to start working out again. I feel too tired (or lazy?!) after I come home from work to exercise. Ick!

Does anyone else have this problem? What is your motivation to get on the treadmill/bike/elliptical/go run/walk??? I think I might just need to get a small routine to fit into my evening. Any tips for a feel-good, good for you workout? How about any good workout tapes that keep you engaged and that are FUN?! Any suggestions are appreciated.
