I have those in the crops-they are TTS- maybe a tad big- but seeing as how they are drawstring- I would not think that ultra tight looks good- I could have sized down 1 but put them in dryer and washed in hot instead- mine are a 30 and I range from 29-31 in COH...I paid $187+ tax for the crops- retail- the day they came out- I have not seen them on sale or for less yet. I wore mine today- and they are super comfy- and very flattering. They have a bit of stretch, and a super flattering fit. Get them!!!
