a good stylist can cut anyone's hair
and yes my stylist (who happens to be a white girl) has just about every ethnicity under the sun in her book.
in any case, i'm nowhere near stamford, so i can't help out - sorry!
(p.s. all my cut/color combos come out of japanese hair magazines
