| Run Forest, Run!!! If you cut your calories to 1200 a day and start running, you are going to lose weight. Do what you can at first. Running and walking until you can build up to running most of the time at least until you can get up to 30 minutes or more. This has worked for me every time. You will probably hate it at first, I know I did, but get an ipod and put in your most motivational music and "just do it". I know there are a lot of good books available, but the bottom line is always the same: discipline. How motivated are you to do what it takes to lose the weight? Write down your target weight(goals) and your game plan. Share it with others that will encourage you and even ride you when you're not following through. Set your goal date and start today. |
