| I have 2 months to lose 10-15 pounds. I'm a rower, solid muscle.14/5'4/147 pounds.The season starts in 2 months and i have to lose atleast 10 pounds. i am doing the special K diet to lose hopefuly 6 pounds while working out and running daily. i need your suggestions on working out and dieting. i'm used to working out hard but dieting is not my area. i need to loose fat but i don't wat to build much muscle because that wil only make me heavier. so really ... i need to tone up.. what do you do.??
