I can't tell too much from these pics but I would say fake. Bolinas is so highly faked and the fact that the seller has two pairs showing in the first pic doesn't help much.
IMO, this wash runs big. I bought this in my usual size and they don't fit me well.
Still debating whether to sell them or try to shrink them. I think since you're between sizes, go with a 24.
